Responsibilities:
The Mortgage Analyst provides general reporting and analytical support for the department. As the Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and tracking key loan statistical information and performance metrics, preparing various reporting views, organizing and presenting data to management, and performing query functions for ad-hoc reporting requests and gathering requirements for new reporting.
The Mortgage Analyst will:
- Monitor and send recurring reporting for key loan statistical information and performance metrics
- Initiate creative new mortgage reporting formats and views
- Interpret ad-hoc data requests and conduct applicable queries to obtain desired results
- Provide analytical support to senior loan analysts and manager
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
- Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and value
Qualifications:
Associate's degree
1+ years of relevant mortgage work experience
Light to Moderate skills with Google Suite including Docs and Sheets
Heavy skills with MS Office, including Excel & Powerpoint
Mortgage Compliance nice to have.
