Contract to Hire. Onsite in San Diego, CA.
Summary:
The ideal candidate will have experience managing lab & manufacturing systems, tools, updating and patching validated systems as well as working with R&D.
The ideal candidate will have excellent technical background and biotech Lab background.
Responsibilities:
- Effective management of lab/manufacturing ticket request.
- Manage users in M365 and Entra ID
- Support Windows and Apple products
- Manage and deploy software, patches, security tools to Lab/Manufacturing systems leveraging SCCM.
- Assist in creation and review of engineering documents to support Lab IT Projects.
- Create and maintain various forms of documentation.
- Participation in local, regional, and global projects.
Experience:
- Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical industry before
- Life Science experience, specifically supporting on-site labs
- Experience supporting Windows and Apple products
- Experience managing users/identities in M365 and Entra ID
- Ticketing system experience such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Jira Service Management
Nice to have:
- Security Operations experience, i.e. anti-virus
- Experience supporting Microsoft SharePoint
- Experience with VMWare
- Experience supporting Zoom and Zoom Rooms
