My client is a global leading project/cost management firm who are currently partnered with some of the world’s largest Hyperscale Data Center providers.
In this position, your primary responsibility will be to support the delivery project team by overseeing project-level budgeting and procurement activities.
ONSITE POSITION. RELOCATION PACKAGE AVAILABLE
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed estimates and cost plans
- Guide the client in determining the optimal procurement route for the project
- Collaborate with the client to formulate a comprehensive cost plan, taking into account site layout, conditions, and constraints
- Present and review cost estimates and plans when necessary's
- Examine construction plans and generate quantity take-offs
- Report to senior leadership on current estimated costs versus budget Conduct bid evaluations and engage in cost negotiations
- Manage post-contract procedures Communicate effectively with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors
- Create reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents Offer advice to managers and clients on improvements and new strategies
Preferred Qualifications / Relevant Experience:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Hold a minimum of 5 years of experience in cost management within the data center/mission critical industry
- Demonstrate proficiency in advanced functions of CostX for producing Estimates, Bills, etc.
- Exhibit proficiency in required functions of Microsoft Office
