Position: Property Manager
Location: Hoover, AL
Pay: $70,000 to $85,000/year
Experience: Previous experience managing large-scale residential properties.
Education: High School Diploma or GED

HH Staffing is seeking a Property Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Market available units, show properties to prospective tenants and negotiate lease agreements
- Address tenant concerns and complaints, resolving issues promptly
- Ensure timely rent collection and handle rent-related disputes
- Coordinate and manage repairs for plumbing, electrical, structural, and other maintenance issues
- Monitor expenses, including maintenance, utilities, and administrative costs, to maintain profitability
- Advertise and market vacant properties through online platforms, signage, and other marketing tools
- Maintain accurate records of leases, rent payments, maintenance requests, and tenant correspondence
- Oversee large-scale projects, such as property renovations, upgrades, or expansions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
- CAM Certification (Preferred)
- Experience with Resmen & Elise CRM preferred or Yardi
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
