Our client, a well-known construction company, is actively hiring a Field Technician to join their team in Carmel, IN! This role will be onsite and traveling locally to various sites so candidates must have reliable transportation.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing white glove technical support to multiple executives. You will work on a variety of issues including desktop support, troubleshooting software, internet connectivity, Active Directory, and O365 issues. You will also travel to various field locations and visit various community build sites to assist with technical setup.
Responsibilities
- Image computers, setting up and troubleshooting A/V equipment, cell phone support, printer, and camera support
- Support the networking team that is migrating from Meraki to Fortigate
- Assist with installing cable modems, printers, new workstations, StarLink, and Cradle Points, and troubleshooting LAN
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
- 2-5 years of technical field support experience
- Strong Windows and Mac experience
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow and/or Halo)
