Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Client Services Representative with expertise in medical billing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), implementation, and project management. The ideal candidate will support clients throughout their onboarding journey, assist with implementation, and provide ongoing support while demonstrating our products to potential partners. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of healthcare operations and financial workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding & Implementation:
- Lead the implementation process for new clients, ensuring seamless integration of our software and services with their existing systems.
- Work closely with clients to understand their specific medical billing and RCM needs, and tailor the implementation process accordingly.
- Provide project management oversight, including tracking milestones, managing timelines, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) & Medical Billing Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients requiring assistance with RCM workflows, medical billing procedures, and system functionalities.
- Offer expert guidance and troubleshooting related to claims management, payment posting, denial management, and other RCM processes.
- Continuously monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for workflow optimization and improved billing efficiency.
- Product Demonstrations & Client Engagement:
- Conduct product demonstrations for potential clients, showcasing the features, benefits, and value of our solutions, particularly in medical billing and RCM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to present customized demonstrations that address specific client needs and business challenges.
- Provide product training for clients, ensuring they are confident in using our system for day-to-day operations.
- Ongoing Client Support:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering continuous support and guidance to ensure satisfaction and successful product adoption.
- Address any post-implementation concerns and provide timely resolutions to client issues.
- Keep clients informed about new product updates, features, and enhancements that may benefit their business.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Document all client interactions, project milestones, and any issues encountered during implementation or ongoing support.
- Provide regular reports to management on the status of client projects, including feedback received during demonstrations and implementation phases.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in medical billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), with a strong understanding of healthcare billing workflows.
- Demonstrated experience in client onboarding, software implementation, and project management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver effective product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with healthcare software systems and EHR/EMR platforms is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is preferred.
