Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Technical Product Manager:
- Lead cross-functional development teams, particularly in Java and .NET technologies
- Deliver customer-facing application development, ensuring scalable and secure solutions
- Utilize product management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum
- Navigate the regulatory landscape in the financial services industry
Required Skills for Technical Product Manager:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the FinTech industry, preferably with a background in banking or financial services
- Proven experience leading cross-functional development teams
- Strong understanding of customer-facing application development
