We are hiring experienced Customer Service Representatives with Call Center experience for an incredible opportunity to join an identity theft and fraud protection customer service team! Weekly pay and lunch are provided daily.
LOCATION: Beaverton, OR
SALARY: $19.50 per hour
SCHEDULE:Mon – Fri | Multiple Shifts | Temporary Opportunity (90 days)

THE ROLE
The Customer Care Specialist serves as the initial point of contact for members over the phone and via email as well as manages the flow of identity theft victim inquiries. This includes communications regarding billing, account updates, and overall questions or concerns.
SKILLS AND MUST-HAVES
• 2+ years’ experience in a call center environment
• Attention to detail/ability to multitask
• Ability to handle high call volumes/conflict resolution
