- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in BI and data Visualization, with 3+ years of Tableau development.
- Proven leadership experience in leading Tableau development teams and projects.
- Experience in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Online.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying tools to extract and manipulate data.
- Experience with database management (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
- Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Tableau performance tuning and optimization best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
