We are seeking a seasoned Labor & Employment Partner to join our client's dynamic legal team. In this role, you will provide strategic counsel on a broad spectrum of labor and employment matters, ensuring clients navigate complex legal landscapes with confidence. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of labor and employment law, with a proven track record in litigation, compliance, and advisory services. Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in labor arbitrations and NLRB proceedings.
- Advise on labor relations, employment law compliance, and workplace policies.
- Handle cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and pay equity.
- Oversee executive compensation, FMLA, OSHA compliance, and employment disputes.
- Lead litigation efforts, including wrongful termination and class actions.
- Provide strategic guidance on government investigations and international employment issues.
Qualifications:
- JD degree with active state bar membership.
- 8-10 years of labor and employment law experience, with a focus on litigation.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience with international employment law and government investigations is a plus.
