Joining our dynamic team will put you on the forefront of our company mission to solidify our position as the industry’s One Stop Shop and resource for All Things Metal. As a key contributor to our marketing team, you will partner with company stakeholders to enhance our regional performance, develop and launch our digital content marketing campaigns, including email, social and store platforms. The strategy will support search engine optimization, blogs, social media and video development efforts to Make Metal Easy in our marketplace.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning and execution of digital marketing communications that support company brand and marketing strategy. This role will work closely with the Marketing Manager and will create targeted strategies that support the evolution of our customer journey and further segmentation of based on interests, needs and potential growth. Utilizing all digital platforms, this position will:
- Execute key global and local campaigns, closely collaborating with the regional sales and business units to support business goals.
- Champion campaign performance, KPIs and reporting with the goal of driving marketing efficiencies and effectiveness with ongoing optimizations
- Provide inputs on the regional digital customer journey, touchpoint and content mapping for paid media activation
- Drive digital marketing experimentation, A/B testing and innovation
- Close collaboration with corporate digital strategy and insights team to deploy business units aligned strategic plans, insights and analytics and delivery of defined KPIs
- Support media planning with input on budget, new platforms and ideas to increase efficiencies
- Regular reporting of digital marketing efforts and performance to various stakeholders
- Asset conception and request for all digital marketing channels, including banners, videos, text ads, dynamic ads and more
- As needed create content including graphics, copywriting and video and/or work closely with agency to achieve the same
Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, to meet or exceed business objectives
- Planned & executed multi-channel marketing campaigns with emphasis on driving leading indicators (clicks, views, etc.) as well as lagging indicators (quotes, orders, etc.)
- Defined, measured and driven insights of appropriate KPIs for each funnel stage.
- Knowledge of Paid Social, SEO & SEM strategies, tactics, measurement.
- Experienced with online monitoring and tracking tools, including Google Analytics.
- Experienced with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar CRM) to design and execute email campaigns and customer journeys
- Experienced with design tools such as Canva to create internal and customer-facing collaterals.
- Experienced with SEO platforms such as BrightEdge or similar.
- Experienced with online scheduling tools, such as Calendly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement changes rapidly that positively impact marketing performance.
- Enthusiastic, outgoing and ability to reach out to employees and customers confidently to obtain content and ideas
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Highly motivated, resourceful, and self-directed with the ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
- Ability to be detail- oriented while reviewing content, trends, themes, and macro-impacts.
- Strong knowledge base of the overall online and digital marketing realm.
- Experience in building materials, industrial product or distribution a plus, but not required
- Experience in presenting campaign ideas, analytics & recommendations to executive team.
- Marketing Agency background or experience managing an agency a plus.
- Experience organizing and coordinating events, such as trade shows, expos, and customer appreciation days
Education & Experience
BA/BS degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
