They're seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to help scale operations and deliver top-tier products to a growing multi-million dollar mid-market and enterprise customer base.
Compensation: Base salary of $165k - $200k. Equity options bringing total comp. up to $315k.
Location: Hybrid role based in New York, with 3-4 days in the office.
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will have the opportunity to lead the development of critical frontend systems. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the core application architecture, ensuring a seamless user experience. Your work will directly influence the scalability and efficiency of the company's products, which are designed to automate complex workflows for mid-market and enterprise service businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take on projects from zero to one (0-1).
- Take ownership of the front end conversation interface and FE architecture.
- Develop and extend core full-stack applications using TypeScript and React.js/Next.js.
- Collaborate closely with backend, product and design teams to create user-friendly interfaces.
Essential Experience: Built and owned SaaS products using JavaScript/TypeScript,React.js and/or Next.js.
Highly Desirable: Large Language Models (LLM), AI Chatbots, TailwindCSS and Shadcn.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven Experience: At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in frontend/user-interface engineering.
- Similar Background: Ideally worked for one or multiple an early-stage SaaS start-ups with experience taking on projects from 0-1.
- Customer Focused: Ability to work directly with customers to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Autonomous & Collaborative: Thrive in a dynamic environment where you balance independent work with collaboration across teams.
- Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills with a focus on delivering efficient and scalable solutions.
