O’Hagan Meyer PLLC is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate with 3-6 years of litigation experience to join its Denver, CO office. This attorney should have experience handling all aspects of complex & sophisticated litigation, including experience defending employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, wrongful termination and/or negligent hiring.

Job Requirements
- 3-6 years of litigation experience, including researching and writing legal memoranda, drafting pleadings, substantive motions and written discovery, developing litigation strategy, conducting large-scale document reviews and productions, preparing for trial or arbitration, working directly with clients, communicating with opposing counsel and second-chairing trials, depositions and/or evidentiary hearings.
- This attorney should have strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have the confidence and demeanor to build relationships with the Firm’s current clients, as well as the drive and ability to develop additional client relationships and business.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are required for the role. The ideal candidate will be able to efficiently manage multiple matters at a time and produce exceptional work product under tight deadlines.
- The ideal candidate will have the ability to work as part of a team, but also possess the experience, skills and confidence to step into a leadership role.
- This attorney must demonstrate a drive for excellence and a willingness to take the initiative to solve problems. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and highly motivated attorney who always strives to achieve the best possible result for the client.
- Admission to Colorado bar required.
