VOYlegal is assisting a Washington, DC law firm on their search for a biotech patent agent or technology specialist. The successful candidate will have an advanced degree (PhD strongly preferred) in a biotechnology discipline. USPTO registration, or the qualifications to sit for the patent bar, is required. Prior experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications is helpful.
