Our client, a large entertainment company with an office in Santa Monica, is looking for an Associate Growth Manager to join their team for a 12 month contract! This role will work onsite Monday through Thursday and Friday remote.
Overview: The Associate Growth Manager will join the Subscriber Acquisition team and will be responsible for helping to build, strategize and execute go-to-market and media plans across a number of growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Subscriber Acquisition media strategy team with all aspects of planning including: budget management, development of media plans, establishing and evaluating KPIs/benchmarks, and monitoring and assessing performance
- Leverage MMM, campaign reporting, consumer insights and other data inputs (including audience insights, viewership trends, competitive intel, etc.) to help build strong go-to-market recommendations
- Support asset trafficking and day-to-day campaign management across core acquisition marketing channels (including Affiliate, Devices, Digital Direct,
- Programmatic, Social, Search and YouTube)
- Manage team budgets and own end-to-end billing and reconciliation processes, including requesting POs, uploading monthly invoices and support monthly budget actualization process
- Partner with the Creative Strategy team and Campaign Managers to build campaign support calendars
- Lead creative and legal approvals/routing on behalf of the team
- Stay up-to-date with media and industry trends, potential new channels and partners and key attribution and data/privacy updates
- Support key executive reporting by pulling daily and weekly data across key metrics, including acquisition, top content viewed, engagement, etc.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3-4 years digital media planning experience
- Prior experience entertainment industry or media agency preferred
- Experience running performance and direct-response campaigns
- An understanding of acquisition strategy and direct-to-consumer and/or
- subscription-based businesses
- Knowledge of digital marketing creative best practices
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects in a dynamic environment
- Flexibility, proactiveness and collaborative team player mentality
