Our client in the real estate space is looking to bring on a Portfolio Controller!
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience
- CPA
- Prior experience in public accounting
- Real estate background
- Management experience
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for directing the company’s accounting functions
- Review financial reports, presents findings and make recommendations
- Tax return analysis for business entities to ensure proper reporting and compliance
- Supervise Audit and reporting's and oversee budgeting and forecasting
- Cash management of entities and oversee debt compliance for loans
- Oversee a portfolio of assets and manage team members
- Oversee, monthly, quarterly and year end closings
- Review and analysis of annual operating expenses.
- Review and analysis of budgets for project and business units
- Review compliance with loan agreements
