Job Summary:
Encore Talent Solutions is looking for an organized and proactive Consultant Care Manager to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing consultant relations, handling administrative processes related to onboarding and timesheets, and providing backup support to HR functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Consultant Support & Onboarding:
- Communicate with consultants before their start date, ensuring they have all necessary first-day details.
- Conduct regular check-ins with consultants every 6-8 weeks (or as required) to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
- Follow up with new hires after their first day, first week, and at 30 days to ensure a smooth transition.
- Walk local consultants through their first day when needed.
- Facilitate communication regarding certifications, professional training, and other consultant development opportunities.
- Address consultant and external employee concerns, resolving issues as they arise.
Timesheet & Payroll Management:
- Verify and process timesheets in ATS systems and relevant VMS/MSP portals.
- Generate timesheet logins and ensure consultants are familiar with the timesheet process after their start date.
- Coordinate with time approvers to guarantee timely approval of timesheets.
- Secure approval for any applicable overtime hours.
- Update consultant contacts to enable expense entries.
HR Support (Backup Role):
- Administer employee benefits enrollment in Employee Navigator.
- Assist with drafting and sending offer letters, as well as managing termination communications.
- Aid in consultant compensation changes and terminations through web forms.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Assist with the status of drug screens and monitor compliance.
Event Planning & Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate company events for both internal and external staff.
- Manage the order and delivery of company-branded items and apparel for employees and consultants.
- Attend and participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and client events.
Other Responsibilities:
- Serve as a backup for HR functions as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software systems (such as ATS).
- Willingness to travel occasionally for company or client events.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar administrative role.
- Experience with ATS systems and handling confidential information.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
