Senior Project Manager – Land Development
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for tackling complex land development civil engineering challenges? I'm seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive pivotal projects and shape major company initiatives. In this role, you’ll be at the helm of engineering projects with unique or controversial problems, ensuring successful outcomes that impact our key programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate large-scale engineering projects or multiple smaller ones with intricate features.
- Supervise engineering and support teams, providing guidance and direction.
- Analyze project scopes, client RFPs, and proposals to develop effective work strategies.
- Manage project design schedules, budgets, and client relationships to meet objectives.
- Drive business development, proposal writing, and project management efforts.
- Oversee less experienced engineers and technical staff, guiding their development.
- Innovate and implement design approaches for major project phases and navigate complex engineering challenges.
What I'm Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a Licensed Professional Engineer.
- 10+ years of post-graduate experience in civil land development or a Master’s degree with 2-3+ years of post-Master’s experience.
- Strong communication skills and a knack for building robust relationships.
