We are seeking a Technical Lead to work alongside the Functional Lead in developing and configuring a Dynamics 365 ERP solution. This individual must be capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions and ensuring the implementation aligns with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Functional Lead to identify technical requirements.
- Determine whether client needs will require custom development or configuration of Dynamics 365.
- Lead technical workshops to gather and clarify requirements.
- Work closely with the client and internal teams to ensure technical solutions are aligned with business objectives.
- Provide technical expertise and input on Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance, Supply Chain, Process Manufacturing).
Requirements:
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 ERP development and configuration.
- Ability to ask the right questions to understand client technical needs.
- Experience with both custom development and system configuration.
- Strong communication skills and technical acumen.
- Availability to travel up to 75% if required (mainly Houston and potentially Mexico).
