What You’ll Do:
- Participate in the formulation of the company's AIOps strategic plan, promote the development and innovation of AIOps technology;
- Build an ICT network intelligent monitoring system and provide a service-oriented network system that is SLA aware;
- Build end-to-end business quality assurance for ICT networks, including the design of a single park/cross park (including cloud) business quality assurance system.
Job requirements:
- Professional background in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or related fields (master's degree or above), with years of work experience in IT operations, system architecture design, big data processing, and artificial intelligence (with in-depth research and practice in AIOps or related fields);
- Have extensive practical experience in the ICT operation and maintenance field (more than 10+), familiar with the AI operation and maintenance capabilities of CISCO DNA&IDN/H3C Prophet Engine Analyzer/HW ADN (such as Campusinsight), and have experience in designing and implementing AIOPS based on AI/ML or AI big language models;
- Familiar with the native network monitoring system architecture and technical system of public cloud/private cloud/CNCF cloud, have a deep understanding of the industry's operation and maintenance development trends/technical routes and technology selection, have served as technical experts, architects, etc. in mainstream vendors/open source organizations, have profound system architecture design capabilities, and can design highly available, high-performance, and scalable AIOps platforms;
- AI related technologies: Familiar with AI technologies such as machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing, and familiar with the latest developments and applications of AI technology. Proficient in and familiar with the analysis, design, and implementation of AIOps application scenarios, including abnormal alarms, alarm convergence, fault analysis, trend prediction, anomaly detection, root cause analysis, etc;
- Data processing: Proficient in big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, etc., able to process and analyze large-scale datasets;
- Programming skills: Proficient in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, Scala, etc., able to write and maintain automation scripts and tools;
- Familiar with the AIOPS ecosystem in the industry and have a certain level of influence, including but not limited to participating in relevant open source projects/forums, holding relevant positions and having actual output, and giving presentations and sermons at industry related forum conferences; 【 preferred】
- Have a history of successful AIOPS outputs, including but not limited to related works (papers, publications, etc.), standards/patents, international organization technical proposals, etc; 【preferred】
- Possess a digital transformation mindset and profound understanding, with experience in consulting ICT related projects or designing and delivering monitoring solutions. (Enterprise/Finance/Government/Operators, etc.) 【preferred】
