Acara Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our client's team.
This is a Full Time Direct Hire opportunity located in Tolleson, AZ.
80-100k salary
AI Model Maintenance:
- Continuously monitor and improve AI models to enhance accuracy and efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI model performance
- Conduct regular updates and maintenance to ensure the models remain up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technology.
MES System Maintenance:
- Maintain and organize the overall process flow of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to ensure efficient operation
- Work closely with support IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve MES-related issues.
Data Management:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from the production line to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the MES system and AI models.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, IT, and quality control to implement AI inspection system and maintain the MES system
- Provide training and support to team members on the use and maintenance of AI models and the MES system
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report on AI model performance and MES system status
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Equipment, and Facilities departments, capturing and documenting detailed requirements
