Job Title: Infrastructure Lead

Position Summary: The Infrastructure Lead reports directly to the CTO and will play a crucial role in ensuring the availability, stability, security, and optimal performance of Client’s IT infrastructure. This position involves a combination of infrastructure management, project management, systems administration, and security analysis. The chosen candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors in order to strategize, implement and maintain robust security measures, identify potential vulnerabilities, and proactively address risks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in infrastructure management, project management, systems administration, and security analysis.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols pertaining to switching, routing and perimeter device management including security framework utilizing best practices.
- Knowledge of Azure cloud environments and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, related field, or equivalent work experience.

Experience: 10 or more years of experience in IT. Healthcare preferred but not required. Three or more years of leadership responsibilities, including strategy, budgeting, and staffing.Certification/License: Desired in related field but not required.

- Manage projects and collaborate with other organizational teams in order to deploy and manage servers, networks, and related hardware/software components.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary improvements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to infrastructure configurations, security measures, and incident response procedures.
- Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities in systems, networks, and applications.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Investigate and respond to security incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Work closely with IT and cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of security measures with business objectives.
- Communicate security-related concepts and requirements to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
- Implement and maintain firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and other network security measures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, collaborating with vendors and internal teams.
- Administer Citrix environments to provide secure and efficient access to applications and desktops.
- Monitor Citrix infrastructure performance, optimize configurations and troubleshoot issues.
- Administer and manage Hypervisor Infrastructure performance, optimize configurations and troubleshoot issues.
- Manage and administer email infrastructure (ex: Google Workspace, O365) to support collaboration and productivity.
- Configure and maintain SCCM infrastructure for efficient software deployment and updates.
- Monitor SCCM environment for compliance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Automate frequently requested tasks and provide self-service capability.
