Our client, a large consumer products company is looking to hire Customer Service Representativesto join their team! Candidates must have at least one year of data entry or call center experience in a professional environment. This position will be on site in the Saint Petersburg office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to a large group of internal and external customers
- Perform order entry processing
- Update and interact with customer accounts
- Research and resolve customer issues
Required Qualifications:
- HighSchool diploma or GED is required
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experience with SAP or Salesforce is strongly preferred
