Job Overview:
The Chace People team is excited to find a dedicated and highly organised Full-Time Executive Personal Assistant for an UHNW family based in Ohio, USA. This role offers a unique opportunity to support a distinguished female Principal with a variety of tasks, including managing travel, events, and personal errands.
The right candidate will bring at least 7+ years of experience working with UHNW individuals and will be flexible, as the role involves occasional extended travel and varied hours. You'll thrive in a dynamic, high-standard environment and will be skilled at managing diverse responsibilities with a thoughtful and proactive approach. Key duties include coordinating travel arrangements, organising events, and handling personal appointments. Exceptional communication, discretion, and the ability to adapt to the Principal's preferences are crucial. You will work closely with the Chief of Staff, supporting her as a key person, as well as interact directly with the Principal.

Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Management and Liaison:
- Oversee the Principal's daily schedule, travel plans, menus, and gifts.
- Serve as the primary liaison with the Family Office, managing appointments and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Coordination and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with property and household teams to plan and execute projects and events.
- Ensure smooth operations through effective communication with property staff and off-site colleagues.
- Executive and Administrative Support:
- Provide comprehensive personal, executive, and administrative support, addressing the Principal's needs with proactive solutions.
- Manage personal errands, logistics and vendor coordination.
- Travel and Event Planning:
- Organise travel arrangements and coordinate with private flight operations and residential property managers.
- Coordinate special projects and events, including travelling with the Principal as needed.
- Relationship and Preference Management:
- Interface professionally with the Principal's family, colleagues, and key advisors.
- Track and manage the Principal's personal preferences, such as groceries, beverages, and other necessities.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Utilise digital platforms for scheduling, task management, and maintaining routine checklists.
Requirements:
- Experience and Proven Track Record:
- Minimum of 7+ years as a personal/executive/travel assistant, preferably with UHNW individuals.
- Proven success in managing personal and executive responsibilities for high-net-worth clients.
- Technical and Organisational Skills:
- Proficient with digital platforms for scheduling and task management.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Personal Attributes and Skills:
- Strong communication skills with a respectful demeanour.
- Ability to adapt to different situations with a keen sense of situational awareness.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Educational and Licensing Requirements:
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
- Valid passport and willingness to undergo a thorough background investigation and reference checks.
- Travel and Flexibility:
- Willing to travel extensively within the US and flexible in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
