You'll be part of a well-known and fast-growing construction company located in Tampa specializing in Interiors and Retail Projects $15-20 Million.
Responsibilities
- Report significant issues in a timely manner to the Project Executive / SR PM / VP's and prepare Weekly / Bi-weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.
- Participate in reviewing, evaluating and organizing documentation related to the planning, site, design, construction, and contract management.
- Evaluate approvals for all changes in project scope, budget and/or schedule.
- Implement and maintain budget and schedule controls.
- Support with preconstruction and estimating throughout the project
- Responsible for all pay applications.
- Attend project-related meetings, capture minutes, and record situations, activities and commitments.

Qualifications
- B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, related field and/or related construction experience.
- 5+ years or more years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor in Commercial, Retail, ground up / renovations.
- To be successful you need to be able to read construction drawings, coordination, and be familiar with the Tampa area subcontractor and vendor market.
- Organizational, administrative, and communication skills are also crucial to the success of the role.
- Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software are important.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of $105-135k +car allowance, base plus benefits, performance bonus, and other perks.
