Night Production Manager (Dairy)
LOCATION: Nebraska
STARTING PAY: $90-115,000* + 10% bonus
SHIFT | HOURS: Overnight 6p – 6a | 2-2-3 schedule
Responsibility for directing the facility to support overall business objectives including managing all aspects of daily production, including inventory accuracy, maintaining sanitation, and assisting the EHS manager with the implementation of the Safety programs and policies of the Production area.Develop key manufacturing plans and programs toward budgeted unit cost and output objectives. Develop strategies and specific programs to meet both long-term growth and short-term manufacturing costs and product quality goals.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years previous management experience in a food manufacturing operation.
- ???????*Previous Dairy processing experience will qualify for higher salary.
- Background in dairy, evaporators, and/or drying technologies
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of plant operation procedures and business system software applications.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
