Our client, a close-knit private equity firm, is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to support a senior partner in their SF office. This is an amazing opportunity to join a wonderful team. The ideal candidate will be organized and able to handle tasks independently.
Salary: 125-135k base range + generous bonus and benefits + free lunch
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate a principal maintaining calendar, scheduling appointments, and overseeing external communications
- Coordinate and communicate on behalf of executive internally and externally with board meeting
- Act as their gate keeper of time
- Some light personal assistant projects as needed
- Process expense reports in concur
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements both global and domestic including visa arrangements
- Provide back-up support to other executive assistants as needed
- Other ad hoc duties as needed
Requirements:
- At least 4 year working in a fast-paced environment support role administrative support role
- Experience in venture capital and private equity is prefered
- Bachelor’s degree prefered
- Microsoft Office proficient and tech savvy
- Ability for deal with constant changes and anticipate needs
- Excellent written verbal and communication skills
