Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Practice Assistant/Legal Administrative Assistant (LPA/LAA) for their Hackensack NJ office. The Legal Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive support to our attorneys, associates, and paralegals across various practice areas, including Corporate, Litigation, Tax, and Trusts & Estates. This role demands a proactive individual with a strong background in legal support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys and legal teams with administrative tasks and case management.
- Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Maintain and organize case files and legal records.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and client communications.
- Support time entry and billing processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and InTapp Time Entry.
- Knowledge of iManage and PowerPoint is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
