Requirements:
- Over 5 years of progressive experience in project execution for large-scale self-performing general contractors or concrete contractors.
- Hands-on experience in self-performing concrete work is essential.
- Broad project portfolio, with a focus on commercial and industrial projects.
- Extensive knowledge of construction principles and practices, including managing projects valued over $500K.
