IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Essential Functions:
- Support of Microsoft Windows Workstations
- Support of Microsoft office products
- support of Network hardware and wiring
- Support of VOIP phone systems
- Support of various end user software and hardware products

Education and Experience:
- Bachelors in Information Systems or a related field
- Windows Operating System 2+ years, Windows Server 1 year preferred, Help Desk experience preferred
- Willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication, writing, organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Team oriented with the ability to work cohesively with others.
- Windows, Office Applications, windows server, Active Directory, Group Policy, VPNs, File Servers, IP Phones, and Network Troubleshooting
- Computer Components, Printers, Desktop Peripherals
- Driver’s license required.
