Responsibilities
- Support the articulation of brand visual identity, ensuring consistency and coherence across all creative assets and communications.
- Develop narratives that resonate with our audience and bring our brand values to life in authentic and meaningful ways.
- Conceptualize and lead the execution of photo and video shoots for small to large scale campaigns
- Contribute to creative direction of all e-commerce shooting
- Prior managerial experience with 7+ years' of experience.
- Lead and inspire a team of creatives to produce compelling visual content that communicates our brand's essence and engages our audience.
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of integrated brand marketing campaigns to enhance brand love, grow customer engagement, and increase market share.
- Collaborate with the marketing growth team, product team etc. to ensure agreement and integration of creative strategies with business objectives.
- Maintain standards and help define the aesthetic direction of a variety of campaigns and projects, and oversees their realization
- Stay abreast of industry trends and cultural shifts to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Utilize data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of creative campaigns and improve strategies for maximum impact.
- Mentor and empower a team of creatives, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and learning.
- Build relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure the successful execution of brand strategies and initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing brand team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, art, communications, journalism and other fields
- A foundation of hands-on, applicable experience
- Prior success in creative leadership roles within the consumer goods, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
- Understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, and visual communication principles.
- Creative vision and the ability to translate abstract concepts into compelling visual narratives.
- Prior managerial and team-building skills, with a track record of inspiring and motivating creative teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies effectively.
