What you’ll do as the Operations Manager:
- Oversee overall operations, ensuring safety, productivity, and quality
- Serve as company representative on regulatory issues
- Enhance operational procedures and systems
- Supervise and manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance appraisals
- Organize and manage the company budget
- Develop and implement operational strategies and processes
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment
- Manage relationships with vendors and key stakeholders
- Address customer issues and improve customer experience
What you need to be the Operations Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 8-10+ years of operational management experience
