The Business:
A long-standing general contractor experiencing rapid growth from new business and existing partnerships. They have a strong backlog of work through 2025 and are expanding their team to handle these projects and develop their leadership team. They work in the Retail, Restaurants, Offices, and Light Medical spaces. Most of their projects are between $2-$10M in scope, primarily ground up construction. They have an incredible office culture and offer WFH on Fridays.
The Role:
As Project Manager, you will report directly into the VP of Construction. Your responsibilities will include:
- Estimating projects from design stage, including both conceptual and hard bid estimating in coordination with the internal design team
- Subcontractor solicitation for bid proposals
- Subcontractor and vendor relationship development
- Oversight of full construction process
- Lead OAC meetings
- Communicate with field management on project updates
- Schedule and budget creation
- Risk & feasibility analysis
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met/exceeded
Requirements:
- At least 5 years in general contracting
- At least 3 years in a Project Manager position
- Experience managing projects $5M+
- Ground up construction experience
- Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
- Projects in Retail, Restaurants, Offices, and/or Medical
Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
