Our Client is seeking a Senior Solutions Analyst specializing in Business Continuity to fill a critical role within their team. Successful candidate will work closely with various business areas to ensure technology solutions meet business requirements, contribute to business continuity planning, and enhance system resilience.
About the Role:
Develop and implement business continuity plans with a strong focus on cyber response and recovery from ransom events. Collaborate with subject matter experts to perform gap analysis, define processes, and implement system enhancements. Provide high-level service in response to break-fix incidents and requests, ensuring solutions align with business requirements. Design and configure technical solutions to support business needs, ensuring that systems address business outcomes. Navigate complex governance layers, including cyber security and procedural protocols, ensuring compliance and security standards are met. Establish strong, collaborative relationships with project stakeholders and effectively communicate complex concepts to both business and technical teams. Lead efforts across multiple business areas, integrating technical solutions with business processes in areas such as supply chain operations, information security, enterprise systems (SAP/MS Active Directory), and crisis communications. Assist in securing offline document storage and creating communication plans for scenarios where key systems (e.g., Zoom) are unavailable. Lead and support cyber security initiatives, ensuring business continuity preparedness.

Qualifications:
Business Continuity & Cyber Response Expertise: Demonstrated experience in business continuity planning, particularly in responding to cyber incidents such as ransomware recovery.
Leadership Experience: Prior leadership experience in business continuity planning and incident response is preferred.
Information Security Knowledge: Strong understanding of infosec protocols, including ransom recovery strategies and cyber governance processes.
Crisis Communications Planning: Experience in creating and implementing communication plans to keep organizations on track during system outages (e.g., Zoom outages).
Offline Document Storage: Proven ability to secure critical documents offline to ensure business continuity in emergencies.
Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively across multiple business areas and with various stakeholders, including technical teams and executive leadership.
Everbridge Experience (Preferred, Not Required): Familiarity with Everbridge is a plus, though not mandatory, as a subject matter expert is already on the team.
Supply Chain IT Focus: Strong background in supply chain-focused IT processes is highly desirable. Knowledge in payroll systems and executive-level crisis communications would be an additional asset.
Pay range and compensation package:
