Position Overview:
The Senior Analyst of Corporate Finance will report to the Senior Director of Corporate Finance and be a key player in successfully executing the strategic plan, working with all business areas to provide financial analysis and decision support.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business leadership to build and maintain the long-range strategic plan for the company
- Deliver scenario analysis to model company and fund performance
- Monitor and report on capital deployment activity and strategic progress of the business
- Forecast cash flow to estimate liquidity and capital needs
- Calculate key metrics and perform financial analysis to provide insight on business performance
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and decision support
- Support fund financing and capital markets transaction planning and execution
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of progressive finance experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance or corporate development
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Real Estate, REIT, digital infrastructure and/or data center industry experience a plus
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Experience with valuation, industry research and transaction execution
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
- Experience with NetSuite, Allvue (fund management) and Altvia a plus

Expected Salary Range:
$90,000-$130,000 annual salary plus an annual bonus
