🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead complex engineering projects from concept to qualification, including equipment upgrades and new line installations
• Evaluate new customer products and assess packaging line requirements
• Conduct technical evaluations for deviations and investigations
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
📋 Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in GMP liquid packaging, preferably in pharmaceuticals or consumer healthcare
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with equipment qualification processes
• Experience with various liquid filling technologies (bottle filling, tube filling, etc.)
• AutoCAD proficiency is a plus
