Job Description
We are seeking a talented BI Reporting Analyst to join our Marketing & Communications team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating and managing success metrics that provide a holistic understanding of key M&C initiatives' performance. You will develop and maintain data pipelines, create insightful dashboards, and empower stakeholders with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
The ideal candidate is passionate about translating complex data into actionable insights and has a keen interest in marketing analytics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to measure the impact of marketing activities and inform strategies using advanced analytical approaches. Duties and Responsibilities
- Create and manage success metrics and leading indicators for key M&C initiatives
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and dashboards for operational reporting and exploratory analysis
- Provide training on self-service analytics for brand health, reputation KPIs, and communications
- Prepare and present reports measuring performance for internal employees and external communications
- Measure marketing activities' impact using advanced analytical approaches
- Establish and promote best practices for reporting strategies and data visualization
- Communicate analytical findings to non-technical audiences across all organizational levels
- Identify opportunities for new data sources and provide technical leadership
- Ensure data quality, troubleshoot anomalies, and drive issues to resolution
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders on cross-functional projects
Required Experience/Skills
- 7+ years of experience in a data analytics role supporting marketing and web
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Databricks, Qlik Sense, Tableau, and GitHub
- Expertise in Python and statistical modeling techniques
- Hands-on experience with web analytics and clickstream data
- Strong business acumen and curiosity
- Excellent problem-solving skills and end-to-end quantitative thinking
- Outstanding communication skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with market mix modeling and multi-touch attribution
- Master's or PhD in a relevant field
- Experience in the financial software industry
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Economics, or related field required. Master's or PhD preferred.
