Tacoma Glass Manufacturing is hiring the position of Regional Engineer. This role will support our glass fabrication facilities. Providing a single point of contact resource for our plant managers and maintenance supervisors. Tacoma Glass is a regional glass fabricator focused on manufacturing high quality insulated unit, tempered, custom laminated, and fabricated glass products.
Skills and Responsibilities:
- Oversight and development of preventative maintenance programs across locations
- Maintain relationships with fabrication equipment suppliers
- Inventory management and cataloging of replacement parts
- Tracking equipment downtime
- Troubleshooting resource for maintenance supervisors at each location
- Sourcing new equipment per location needs
- Experience in production floor layout and design
- OSHA compliance across locations
- Working knowledge of electrical and pneumatic systems
- Glass fabrication knowledge preferred but not required
- Position will be based in Frederickson, WA or Burlington, WA location with regular site visits to other locations in Woodinville, WA, Portland, OR, and Springville, UT
