Position Overview:
The Senior Workday Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This role focuses on troubleshooting system issues, enhancing HR processes, and implementing new features. The analyst will use various tools to manage data, ensure compliance, and collaborate with HR and business teams to drive system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workday HCM Support: Maintain and optimize the Workday HCM system, ensuring smooth HR processes and workflows.
- Data Analysis: Use Workday Reporting, Microsoft Excel, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to analyze data and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.
- System Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues within the HCM system, leveraging Workday’s troubleshooting features and sandbox environments for testing.
- Learning Management System (LMS) Administration: Manage the global LMS (e.g., Workday Learning) to deploy training programs, track compliance, and address technical issues.
- Compliance Reporting: Utilize Workday Compliance and other tools to generate and analyze reports such as EEO1, Vets4212, and AAP.
- Training & Development: Create and deliver system training using Workday Learning for new HR users and support ongoing system functionality.
- Project Management: Use tools like Jira or Asana to track system improvements, feature implementations, and project timelines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience with Workday HCM, including configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Workday Learning and other LMS tools for managing training and compliance.
- Workday HCM certification is preferred.
- Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and project management platforms (Jira, Asana).
- This role requires technical proficiency in Workday HCM and related tools to optimize HR systems, manage compliance, and improve organizational efficiency.
