Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer located in Orlando, FL. The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the Residential HOA and hotels managed and owned including financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and analysis.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role
- Strong financial and accounting knowledge
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports
- Knowledge of laws and regulations
- Working Knowledge of Vantaca, Quickbooks and M3 Accounting software is preferred.
