Our client is looking for a finance & accounting operations leader to oversee all of the corporate finance functions to ensure business operations and financial policies and procedures are working efficiently and ensuring organizational growth.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of combined professional accounting and financial leadership experience
- Controller/accounting functionality knowledge: - Risk management, financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, payroll, cash flow management, revenue cycling, etc.
- Experience overseeing accounting and analytical resources - process improvements, performance reviews, etc.
- US GAAP - ability to implement ongoing updates.
- Financial information systems expert - Oracle Hyperion, SmartView, Blackline, Lawson, or similar applications/tools.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Bachelor's Degree within accounting/finance + CPA.
