JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates will ideally have 10+ years of total prior work experience of full-time work experience investing in growing technology companies.
Qualified candidates will also meet the following criteria:
- Undergraduate degree and a demonstrated track record of both academic and professional success
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with an ability to create, develop, and maintain effective business relationships
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with limited supervision
- Self-starter with superior work ethic and uncompromising personal integrity
- Proven success with program or product achievements in a defined role
JOB DESCRIPTION
Will work directly with the entire Escalate team, which focuses on late-stage mezzanine investing in enterprise SaaS/software, tech-enabled services, and healthcare companies.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Deal flow generation
- Company evaluation and due diligence
- Executing investments
- Portfolio management
