Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support including scheduling appointments, booking travel, and managing correspondence.
Maintaining records: Keeping and updating digital and physical records, including personnel, insurance, and other data .
Office Organization: Keep the office environment organized and efficient, including managing office supplies and equipment.
Assist with Projects: Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
