Project Manager - Construction

We're seeking a seasoned Project Manager to take ownership of projects from inception to closeout. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams effectively. As the Project Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This roles offer flexibility to work remotely, hybrid, or onsite, allowing for optimal work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Oversee all project phases, from pre-construction planning to final delivery.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets, monitor costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Schedule Optimization: Create and maintain detailed project schedules, implement effective scheduling tools, and proactively address potential delays.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce rigorous quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
- Team Collaboration: Build and lead high-performing project teams, fostering open communication and collaboration.
- Client Focus: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, proactively address client concerns, and exceed expectations.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive project management experience in the construction industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects with budgets exceeding $50 million.
- Proficiency in construction management software (Viewpoint, Procore preferred).
