Job Summary:
The Organizational Development (OD) Specialist is responsible for designing effective organizational structures and implementing strategies to optimize organizational performance.
This role involves collaborating with leadership to identify and address structural and performance-related challenges, ensuring the organization operates efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Organizational Design:
Assess current organizational structures and recommend improvements.
Support the development of new organizational designs that align with business goals.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure structures support operational needs.
Performance Optimization:
Analyze organizational performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Strategic Planning:
Work with senior leadership to align organizational design with strategic objectives.
Participate in strategic planning sessions to provide insights on organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in organizational development or a related HR role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with organizational design and performance optimization.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
