This group primarily builds luxury homes within Alpine Mountain Ranch and Club and recently has expanded to the greater Yampa Valley.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager at Alpine Master Builders in Steamboat Springs, CO. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing luxury home projects, managing budgets, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. The candidate will also be responsible for managing weekly OAC meetings, monthly draws, monthly project reporting, managing subcontracts and a strong focus on quality and planning.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years minimum, proven experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite, Microsoft project, Procore, blu-beam, and onscreen take off.
- BS degree in Construction Management or related field
- Ability to relocate to Steamboat Springs, CO
