Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Processor at Home Of Mortgage LLC in Plano, TX. The Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for reviewing loan applications, verifying the accuracy of the information provided, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations. They will also communicate with clients, underwriters, and lenders to expedite the approval process and coordinate the closing of loans.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of loan processing procedures, regulations, and guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in mortgage loan software and MS Office applications
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in mortgage loan processing or a related role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
