Active and unrestricted Oklahoma license or IMLC
Current Board Certification required
ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS certifications required
On call coverage
Practice Setting: Inpatient
Patients per shift: 3-5, 25 beds in department
Support Staff: RN: 3, MA: 1
EMR: Repository System: MAP4, Nurse Charting System: Patient Safe Solutions, Discharge System: PULSE
Facility details:, Trauma Level 4 facility, Credentialing timeline of 30 days, temp privs available
