Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Account Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for and experience in the production industry. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Sales to the entertainment industry can be network and relationship-driven. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about the industry, knows people in the industry, and ideally has a rolodex of potential clients. They should be eager to meet clients in person, make phone calls, and attend industry events, in addition to the usual email-based sales motion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and outbound strategies.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of RollCredits.io.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, and customer service teams to provide feedback and insights to drive product enhancements and marketing strategies.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Manage and track sales activities, pipeline, and forecast using CRM software.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position RollCredits.io in the market.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the software or services segment.
• Experience in sales within the entertainment production industry (film, TV, commercials) is a must. A roster of connections in the industry to hit the ground running from day one is essential.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in CRM software.
• Passion for the production industry and a desire to stay informed about industry trends.
