We are a fast-growing and fast-paced company with over 20 years of combined experience in the Arizona rental market, a solid portfolio of luxurious properties in Scottsdale, Phoenix, Sedona, and Flagstaff, and a team of hospitality professionals with integrity and experience.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Do you have construction experience? Handy with tools? We want to expand our team with a home inspector who will service our existing portfolio to help us maintain our high level of quality. Our ideal candidate is a highly detailed, energetic, and motivated individual with excellent communication and people skills, professionalism, and an attention to detail.
You will be responsible for inspecting our homes, and reporting needed repairs.
Some of your responsibilities include:
- Inspect properties for guest check ins/outs, maintenance repairs, coordination of housekeeping, reporting loss and damages
- Replace air filters, batteries, smoke detectors and light bulbs and repairs as needed
- Troubleshooting TV’s, Internet Routers/Modems, AV systems, Air Conditioning, Pool systems, BBQ grills, Interior/Exterior Furniture etc.
- Notify Property Care Manager of all immediate concerns that may impede the guest’s stay
- Greet guests as they arrive at the unit, confirming the unit is as expected, when applicable
- Performing other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Personal reliable transportation, valid Driver's License, and proof of vehicle insurance
- At least 5 year of related general inspections/repairs experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be flexible in the hours and days worked including weekends
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance and up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Must be able to walk, stand, climb, kneel, reach, crawl, push, pull and twist much of the day
- Be proficient using mobile technology
- High level organizational skills with an excellent attention to detail
- Be a problem-solver and proactive in finding solutions
- Be able to excel in a self-starting work environment and without constant supervision
